PT Key Holder: Washington Square

Who We Are

For too long, the bra industry was stuck in outdated ideas, forcing women to choose between feeling sexy or comfortable. So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen created Thirdlove–a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best.

Prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. The result was a more precise fit that offered comfort without sacrificing style. Building on that approach, Thirdlove is expanding its retail footprint nationwide, creating customer-centric stores where personalized fittings, expert support, and a comfortable shopping experience come together.

How We Work

Our culture is collaborative, fast-paced, customer-focused, and welcoming. If that sounds like an environment where you would thrive, we encourage you to apply.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for Part-Time Key Holders to operate as a frontline leader responsible for delivering the Thirdlove in-store experience while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening/closing responsibilities and daily operations.

This role serves as a mentor on the floor, modeling service behaviors, supporting team accountability, and ensuring smooth execution across sales, fitting, and client engagement. The Key Holder brings strong emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and operational awareness to every shift, helping the team deliver results while staying true to Thirdlove’s values of body confidence and inclusion.
