Clinikally is looking for a **QA Engineer** to safeguard the digital experience for millions of users who rely on us for their specialized healthcare and skincare needs. You will be the final gatekeeper of our platform, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards of reliability. In this role, you will have a direct impact on user trust and conversion, working hands-on in our Gurgaon office to ship seamless features at startup speed.
### **What You Will Be Doing**
* **Core eCommerce Testing:** Execute meticulous testing across our mobile and web platforms, focusing on the journey from discovering [**Face Washes**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/face-wash), [**Sunscreens**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/sunscreen)**,** and [**Moisturizers**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/moisturisers) to the final checkout.
* **Flow Validation:** Design and execute test cases for critical functionalities including our [**online dermatologist consultations**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/video-consult-with-a-skin-hair-specialist), [**AI-powered assessments**](https://clara.clinikally.com/), and personalized treatment journeys.
* **Pricing and Logic Integrity:** Validate the complex logic behind discounts, bundles, and coupon flows to ensure users have uninterrupted access to their desired products and clinical solutions.
* **Bug Tracking and Resolution:** Identify, report, and track defects using **Linear** to ensure our catalog of dermatologist-recommended products remains accessible and bug-free.
* **API and Data Validation:** Conduct API testing using **Postman** and perform SQL data validation to support a high-scale Telehealth and Rx-grade marketplace.
* **Cross-Device Compatibility:** Ensure a flawless user experience across all browsers and devices, specifically for high-traffic pages like our [**Niacinamide Cleanser**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-hydrasoft-pro-gentle-skin-cleanser) and specialized [**anti-dandruff shampoo**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-scalpsoft-anti-dandruff-shampoo).
* **Release Management:** Perform thorough functional and regression testing to ensure total stability as we expand our range of science-backed skincare and nutrition products.
### **What We Are Looking For**
* **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of dedicated QA experience with a strong focus on eCommerce or Health-tech platforms.
* **Technical Skills:** Solid understanding of manual testing, the SDLC/STLC, and basic API testing to support a fast-growing digital health destination.
* **Domain Knowledge:** Familiarity with the eCommerce funnel including product detail pages, cart logic, and payment gateway integrations.
* **Tooling:** Hands-on experience with **Linear** or similar issue tracking tools and a desire to learn automation tools like **Playwright** or **Cypress**.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical thinking and the ability to move fast in an agile startup environment while maintaining a hawk-eye for detail.
