If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a QA Manager to join our Plant Quality team and play a key role in ensuring our cosmetic and medical device products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
This role is based on site at our manufacturing facility in Folkestone, Kent.
As QA Manager, you'll lead our Product Compliance Specialist team and oversee all product and material release activities across the site. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Marketing and Quality teams, providing expert guidance on quality systems, non-conformances, continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Education & Experience:
You'll be a confident and influential quality leader with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Organised, analytical and solutions-focused, you'll enjoy working across multiple functions to drive compliance, improve performance and resolve complex quality challenges. You'll be comfortable leading teams, coaching others and communicating technical information clearly to a wide range of audiences. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about maintaining high standards and continuously improving the way we work.
This role works Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
