This opportunity is suited to someone who combines strong analytical and technical skills with a practical, hands-on approach to detailed operational work.
In this role, you will oversee data quality, documentation standards, and process controls to ensure project records remain accurate, traceable, and ready for regulatory review or audit. Your responsibilities will include:
Perform hands-on Salesforce data entry, record maintenance, validation, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple sites and vendors.

Create dashboards, exception reports, and trackers to monitor documentation completeness, package readiness, outstanding deficiencies, and reporting gaps.
Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen data integrity, documentation quality, operational efficiency, and compliance readiness.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering, finance, procurement, and vendors to obtain missing documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in data management, quality assurance, document control, or compliance-related operations, together with strong technical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail. The following qualifications are expected:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, quality assurance, document control, project coordination, compliance reporting, or a related operational support function.
