Job Description Summary:
About the Role
Digital products play a central role in how we create value for customers, support the teams who serve them, and shape the consumer experience.
Our product and engineering organizations brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across Coca-Cola’s North America Operating Unit.
Our work spans customer journeys, service delivery, sales workflows, and the platforms that connect them. We are raising our standards for product craft and rebuilding the systems behind these experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning how products work end-to-end, asking good questions, and improving quality through thoughtful testing and collaboration.
What You Will Work On
At Coca-Cola, quality engineers have the opportunity to safeguard product excellence at meaningful scale - ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of the digital experiences, platforms, and intelligent systems that power how we serve customers, enable field teams and partners, support sales, and drive transaction growth across one of the world's most recognized brands. Depending on the team, you could build test automation and quality frameworks for connected service tools that improve resolution speed and reliability, design validation strategies for data and API platforms that unlock growth and decisioning, ensure seamless customer and operational experiences by catching friction before it reaches the field, or build quality systems for sales products that give teams confidence in the visibility, insights, and execution capabilities they depend on. This is a chance to join at a pivotal moment: helping define modern quality engineering practices, embed testing and reliability into the product development lifecycle from the start, and build high-impact quality solutions in empowered, cross-functional teams where your work directly connects to business performance and customer outcomes.
