Business Unit - Manufacturing
Reports To – Quality Manager, Hangzhou factory
Your Role
Responsible for end‑to‑end product quality management, including new project introduction, testing and reliability, process improvement, customer quality issues, and audit support.
A Typical Day
- Follow up new project introduction, review product quality requirements, and develop and implement production line and FQC test plans
跟进新项目导入，评审产品质量要求，制定并落实产线及FQC测试方案
- Responsible for product lifetime and reliability testing; collaborate on test plan development, issue analysis, and verification of improvement effectiveness
负责产品寿命及可靠性测试，协同测试方案制定、问题分析及改善效果验证
- Acquire detailed knowledge, understanding and analysis of service call
能够分析和理解客户的抱怨，深入挖掘市场反馈信息
- Identify gaps and highlights opportunities to improve the service call rate of Hangzhou factory.
发现目前产品的改善机会，不断的降低工厂产品的客户投诉率
- Analyze quality issues in manufacturing and assembly processes, and promote continuous improvement of processes and workmanship to enhance product quality stability
分析生产及装配过程质量问题，推动工艺与过程持续改善
- Work closely with R&D, Manufacture Engineering, Production team to improve the product quality
紧密的和研发，工艺，生产部门合作，不断的提高工厂的产品质量
- Support external audits such as ISO system and product certifications, and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions to ensure compliance
- 支持ISO及产品认证等外部审核，跟进审核问题整改
- Some travelling are required
有必要时需要短时间出差
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines
工科类本科
- Be familiar with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, and have experience in ISO auditing.
熟悉ISO9000 和 ISO 14000体系，并且有体系审核的经验
- Be familiar with Office Tools such as Excel and PPT.
- Office办公软件。
- Be familiar with quality tools such as Pareto chart, CPK, GR&R, SPC etc.
- Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
有较强的沟通能力。
- English reading and writing is must
英语能读能写，可作为工作语言的优先。
