About the job
We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will actively contribute to quality assurance and process improvement activities in our cutting tool manufacturing facility in Bursa.
Responsibilities
- Execute quality assurance activities within cutting tool production processes
- Develop, implement, and improve process control plans
- Analyze production-related non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing measurement and performance data
- Contribute to new product and process implementation from a quality perspective
- Participate in process development and productivity improvement projects
- Prepare, update, and maintain quality and process documentation
- Perform root cause analysis for customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions
- Support supplier quality management activities
- Monitor and report quality performance KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality and/or production environments
- Preferably experienced in machining and cutting tool manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, preferably IATF 16949 and ISO 14001)
- Familiar with problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, tolerancing, and measurement techniques
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Fluent in English, German is considered a plus
- Analytical mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach
