As Giga's onsite QA/QC Manager, you will own the quality assurance and quality control program for our data center construction projects from foundation to final turnover. You are the last line of defense — and the first line of standards — ensuring that everything we build meets or exceeds design specifications, code requirements, and client expectations. You won't be reviewing quality from a desk. You'll be on the floor, in the ceiling, and in the field, verifying that the work we ship is work we're proud of. You'll develop the quality plan, manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), coordinate third-party inspections, and drive accountability across subcontractors and trade partners. At Giga, quality isn't a checklist — it's a culture, and you'll be the one building it.
This is an on-site position that requires long term travel and/ or short term relocation. This person should be comfortable with 3-6 month periods of being at a location before moving to the next.
