Are you ready to play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable aquaculture feed solutions in Vietnam? As Quality & Regulatory Manager, you will become a member of BioMar Vietnam’s management team and help shape the quality, food safety, and regulatory framework that supports our ambitious growth strategy.

In this role, you will lead BioMar Vietnam’s overall quality, food safety, regulatory, and technical application agenda. Your work will ensure that our products, processes, and partnerships consistently meet the highest standards while supporting customers and business operations with strong technical expertise and practical solutions.

Shape the future of quality and compliance in Vietnam

Based primarily in Ho Chi Minh City, you will lead initiatives that strengthen BioMar Vietnam’s position as a trusted partner in the aquaculture feed industry. You will work across the organization to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement BioMar Vietnam’s quality strategy in alignment with global standards, market requirements, and business objectives.
• Ensure effective quality management systems, food safety programs, traceability, product integrity, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Lead laboratory operations, supplier quality management, sustainable sourcing initiatives, and supplier audit activities.
• Provide technical support to customers, manage customer complaints, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead audit programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of a high-performing quality and technical team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Bring your expertise to a high-impact leadership role

You are an experienced quality and regulatory professional who understands how strong quality governance supports business performance and customer trust. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, enabling you to lead improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You are comfortable working with customers, authorities, suppliers, and colleagues across functions. You use data and analytical thinking to make decisions, manage risk effectively, and support continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.

Must-have requirements:

• Vietnamese national with 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aquaculture, Food Technology, QA/QC, or a related field.
• Knowledge of and practical experience implementing ISO 9001, HACCP, BAP, and ASC standards.
• Experience delivering training related to food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and risk management.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience leading supplier audits and supplier development activities.
• Knowledge of sustainability-related standards and responsible sourcing practices.
• Experience supporting customers with technical applications and product performance optimization.
• Background in continuous improvement, process optimization, or product development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of audit management and compliance within the aquaculture feed industry.
