Remote only
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate Investment Research & Administrative Virtual Assistant based in Spain.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a real estate investment business with property research, lead generation, data management, and administrative operations. In this remote independent contractor role, you will help identify potential investment opportunities, organize property information, and prepare outreach campaigns using established templates and processes. You will work extensively with spreadsheets, online research platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools to maintain accurate, actionable records. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured tasks, thorough research, and working independently. Real estate experience is not essential, as the focus is on strong research skills, accuracy, and reliability. The initial commitment is 10 hours per week, with work scheduled Monday through Friday during evening Eastern Time hours, to be confirmed.
Research probate properties and other potential real estate acquisition opportunities aligned with established investment criteria.
Identify properties that may be suitable for wholesale, fix-and-flip, or fix-and-rent investment strategies.
Use PropStream, Stack, and similar property research platforms to gather ownership information, property details, addresses, and relevant public records.
Cross-check information across multiple sources and flag properties that meet predefined acquisition criteria.
Enter, update, clean, and organize property and owner information in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Review imported or scraped lead lists, remove duplicate and incomplete records, and maintain consistent data formatting.
Track research progress, completed tasks, outreach activity, and upcoming follow-up dates.
Prepare and send approved letters using OpenLetter Connect and established communication templates.
Maintain accurate records of direct-mail and email outreach campaigns.
Support recurring administrative, business support, and executive-assistant tasks, including occasional phone calls when required.
Use AI productivity tools and approved data-scraping methods to improve research efficiency and streamline workflows.
Follow documented standard operating procedures, meet agreed deadlines, and escalate unclear property or ownership information rather than making assumptions.
Deliver accurate, organized, and professional work in accordance with the agreed scope of services and independent contractor agreement.
Previous experience in executive assistance, administrative support, online research, or data management is required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining structured datasets.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
Strong online research skills and the ability to verify information using multiple sources.
Experience with data scraping or extracting information from approved online sources is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a willingness to use technology to improve efficiency.
Strong written and spoken English, with native or near-native English communication skills required.
Clear and professional phone communication skills for occasional calls.
Ability to work independently using templates, documented procedures, and established workflows.
Reliability, organization, and patience when handling repetitive, process-driven tasks.
Comfort learning real estate investment terminology and property research processes after onboarding.
Experience with PropStream, Stack, or similar property-data platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with OpenLetter Connect or other direct-mail platforms is a plus.
Previous experience in real estate or construction is beneficial but not required.
Availability for approximately 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during evening Eastern Time hours, with the exact schedule to be agreed upon.
Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
Competitive contractor rates.
Weekly payments according to the terms of the engagement.
Free training and opportunities for professional upskilling.
Ongoing support and guidance throughout the engagement.
Access to a supportive professional community.
Opportunities to explore other available contractor roles.
Remote work arrangement with a defined scope of services and agreed working hours.
Opportunity to develop practical skills in real estate investment research, data management, online research platforms, and AI-assisted workflows.
