At NICE, we don't limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always.

We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. If you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a global, fast-paced organisation, we can offer you a career that will light a fire within you.

So, what's the role all about?

We're looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our London office. As the first point of contact for employees, customers, suppliers, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding workplace experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll support reception operations, facilities coordination, workplace administration, and office events while partnering with colleagues across the business.

How will you make an impact?

• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, employees, and external partners.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organised, presentable, and operating efficiently.
• Coordinate visitor access, maintain sign-in procedures, and support office security protocols.
• Book and manage meeting rooms, including room setup, catering arrangements, and visitor requirements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and international shipments.
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and workplace inventory levels.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support expense tracking where required.
• Liaise with building management, vendors, contractors, and workplace service providers.
• Coordinate facilities requests and ensure office issues are resolved promptly.
• Support employee engagement activities, office events, and workplace initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks and projects that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Have you got what it takes?

• Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering a great workplace experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience supporting facilities, workplace services, or office management functions.
• Experience coordinating corporate events, meetings, or hospitality arrangements.
• Experience working within a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Knowledge of visitor management systems, facilities ticketing tools, or workplace service platforms.

What's in it for you?

At NICE, you'll join a global technology leader where innovation, collaboration, and career development are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be part of a supportive and inclusive environment where your contribution directly impacts the employee and visitor experience.
