You don’t just fill jobs. You help build the teams that drive our business forward.
At Ledcor, we're looking for a Recruiter who thrives on finding great talent before the competition does. You'll take a proactive, sourcing-first approach to full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume craft and professional roles, helping connect top talent to exciting opportunities across our business.
This isn't a role where you wait for applications to come in. You'll actively build talent pipelines, develop recruiting strategies, engage passive candidates, and create meaningful connections that keep hiring moving forward.
In our fast-paced, operations-driven environment, you'll leverage market intelligence, innovative sourcing techniques, and targeted outreach to identify and attract exceptional candidates. You know how to spark interest, build relationships, and create a candidate experience that stands out.
As a trusted partner to hiring leaders and HR teams, you'll gain a deep understanding of business priorities, provide insight into talent market trends, and translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies. From workforce planning through offer acceptance, you'll be the driving force behind attracting and securing the talent that keeps our projects and operations moving.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and isn't afraid to challenge traditional recruiting approaches. If you're energized by building pipelines, solving talent challenges, and making a measurable impact on the business, you'll fit right in.
Ready to make an impact beyond the hire? Join Ledcor in Reno, NV and help shape the future of our workforce, one great hire at a time.
