Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Mt. View, CA (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time

Backed by $475M in seed funding from top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed, our team of experts in AI systems, neuroscience, and analog circuits is solving the energy bottleneck of the AI era.
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our growing team in Mt. View. This operations role will ensure a world-class recruiting experience for all of our candidates!
The Role
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the complex logistics of a high-growth startup. You will be the face of Unconventional AI for candidates and the "glue" that keeps our Mt. View headquarters running smoothly. This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of 4 days per week at our Mt. View office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Scheduling: Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including complex technical panels, onsite visits, and international time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Recruiting Operations & Data: Maintain the integrity of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will update recruiting reports, track pipeline metrics, and provide the leadership team with visibility into our hiring health.
- Candidate Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates. From the first greeting to the final offer stage, you’ll ensure every "Unconventional" candidate feels supported and informed.
- Culture & Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires and help organize team-building events, offsites, and "unconventional" celebrations that strengthen our culture.
Who You Are
- Highly Organized: You have a "no task too small" mentality and a "nothing falls through the cracks" track record. You thrive in the chaos of a fast-moving startup.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions. If you see a scheduling conflict, you fix it before anyone else notices.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with modern tools like G-Suite, Slack, and our ATS (Greenhouse), along with our scheduling too GoodTime.
- Excellent Communicator: You can write professional, warm, and concise emails to high-level candidates and internal executives alike.
- Local & Reliable: You are based in or near Mt. View office and are excited to be in the office 4+ days a week to build culture in person.
Why Unconventional AI?
- Impact: You are joining a company valued at $4.5B at the ground floor, helping us scale from 100+ employees.
- Founding Culture: You will work directly with our founders and leadership team, helping define the operational standards for the company.
- The Mission: We are tackling the most important technical challenge of the decade, making intelligence ubiquitous and energy-efficient.
