Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week
0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, Resident Advisors (RAs) or customer service experience is a plus!)
You are hyper-organized with a strong attention to detail—you love a checked-off to-do list
You have a "customer obsession" mindset and genuinely enjoy making people feel comfortable and valued
You are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms (Ashby, G-Suite, Workday) quickly
You are a clear communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions when you hit a roadblock
