Looking to build a successful Engineering recruitment desk with the backing of an established, profitable team?

We're expanding our Engineering & Manufacturing specialism and are looking for an ambitious recruiter to take ownership of recruitment across the North of the UK.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team with established client relationships, strong leadership and significant scope to grow your desk and earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and growing an Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment desk
• Building relationships with existing and prospective clients across the North
• Winning new business and identifying growth opportunities
• Sourcing and placing high-quality engineering professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement
• Working closely with experienced colleagues to maximise opportunities across the region

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced recruiter, ideally within Engineering, Manufacturing or another technical market
• A strong business developer who enjoys building client relationships and winning new business
• Commercially focused with a track record of growing a desk and delivering results
• Ambitious individuals looking to develop their career within a successful and growing team

A full UK driving licence is required due to the geographic coverage of the territory.
