Role Overview  

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that support business operations and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, ETL development, and database management, with hands-on experience building data pipelines, integrating various data sources, and ensuring data quality.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to develop reliable and efficient data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making。  

  

What You Will Do 

 

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Define, develop, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.

Data Automation

• Build scalable and automated data pipelines using SQL

 

Reporting & Visualization

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.

• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting solutions to business teams.

• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  

 

 

Basic Qualifications  

 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics related roles.

• Advanced SQL skills, including:

• Complex joins

• Window functions

• Stored procedures

• Query optimization

• Hands-on experience reading from databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

• Familiar with at least one BI tools (Power BI, Tableu, Looker studio)

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  

 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Airflow.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or Looker.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Experience working in large-scale, fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.

• Strong Python programming skills for:

• Data extraction and transformation

• Process automation

• Database integration

• Data analysis
