Content Coordination: Develop and coordinate employee- and influencer-generated content initiatives when relevant to the recruitment marketing strategy.
Performance Analytics: Use campaign data to evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and connect marketing activities to application pipelines, hiring outcomes, and post-hire quality.
Marketing Systems and Automation: Identify and implement the tools, workflows, processes, and external support needed to make candidate generation more efficient and scalable.
AI and Workflow Innovation: Apply large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools to streamline marketing operations and improve campaign execution.
Function Development: Initially manage recruitment marketing activities independently, taking hands-on ownership of strategy and delivery before progressively building and leading a team as the function expands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with recruitment and talent acquisition stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with hiring priorities and evolving candidate needs.
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing manager role, including a minimum of 2 years with people management responsibilities.
