ABOUT US
The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
Across the Northern Territory, homelessness, housing instability and social disadvantage remain complex and deeply human challenges. Behind every statistic is a person, family or community seeking safety, stability and the opportunity to build a better future.
The Salvation Army is entering an exciting period of growth across the Territory. With new services emerging, innovative housing responses being developed, and significant investment being made to meet evolving community needs, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team. From strengthening existing services to developing new housing opportunities and specialist programs, including support for veterans transitioning into stable housing, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the next chapter of service delivery across the Northern Territory.
This newly created Regional Manager role has been established to help lead that growth and shape the future of Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) and Homelessness services across the Northern Territory. You will influence how services develop, expand and respond to community need while supporting positive outcomes for some of the Territory's most vulnerable people.
If you are motivated by purpose and energised by the opportunity to build something meaningful, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine influence, support high-performing leaders and create lasting change for people and communities across the Territory.

Through your leadership, you will help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence across the region.
