This Regional Manager will provide operational leadership for MultiCare’s ENT and Plastic Surgery practices across the Puget Sound region. The portfolio includes multiple clinic locations and requires a leader who is comfortable managing complex, multi-site specialty operations while partnering closely with physicians, APPs, clinic managers, and executive leadership.
The position has a strong operational and financial focus. Key responsibilities include clinic performance, financial stewardship, patient access and throughput, staffing and productivity alignment, clinic manager support and accountability, standardization across locations, and execution of growth and performance-improvement initiatives.
The role is heavily focused on operational and financial performance, access and throughput, staffing/productivity, clinic manager development and accountability, standardization, and execution of growth and improvement initiatives.
Current footprint: ENT operates in Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, Auburn, and Covington, while Plastic Surgery currently operates in Tacoma and Gig Harbor. Plastic Surgery is also expanding into Puyallup.
