Territory: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas
Texas is one of the largest and most competitive dealer markets in the country, and Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas add plenty of room to grow. Across all four states, there are car dealers spending real money on digital advertising that isn't earning its keep. We want someone who will get in front of them, challenge how they think about it, and show them a smarter, more profitable path.
As Regional Sales Director, the Texas Region is yours. You set the strategy, you pick the targets, you close the business, and you grow the relationships. If you like owning a number and a map, read on.
About Reunion Marketing
Reunion Marketing helps automotive dealers win online. Our SEO and Paid Media platforms (KeyLift, LocalEyes, and Adapt) turn search and advertising into measurable results for dealerships and dealer groups. We're built on four values, and we hire for them: Grit, Continuous Improvement, Elevating Others, and Embracing Discomfort.
What you'll do
- Build the territory. Create and run the market strategy for the Texas Region, deciding which dealers and dealer groups to pursue in each state.
- Sell face to face. Meet dealer owners, general managers, and digital teams in their stores and at industry events. This is an in-market role, not a desk job.
- Lead with insight. Use a consultative approach that pushes dealers to rethink their digital advertising, and turn SEO and paid media data into clear business outcomes.
- Demo and close. Deliver product demos that show the ROI and simplicity of our platforms, and carry each deal from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- Run a clean pipeline. Use HubSpot, Gong, and Seamless.ai to plan visits, keep opportunities current, and give leadership forecasts they can trust.
- Travel smart. Texas alone is a lot of ground. You'll plan your time in market around the highest-value dealers and meetings.
- Set clients up to stay. Partner with Client Success on a smooth handoff, and keep supporting retention and growth after the sale.
- Be our ears in the market. Bring back what you hear from dealers and what competitors are doing, so product, marketing, and leadership stay ahead.
