Location
Frequent presence expected in Cardiff and Reading, the region's primary workplace locations, to build relationships, understand colleague needs and support workplace performance outcomes.
Regular travel across South West England and Wales to support colleagues, stakeholders and workplace activity across the region.
Occasional national travel to work alongside the wider Workplace team, attend team events, leadership sessions, workplace openings and key business activities.
Hybrid working with flexibility to work remotely when not travelling or attending workplace locations.
