California, United States
Remote only
Do the work you trained for, without the parts that burn you out. Sailor Health is hiring bilingual English/Spanish, California-licensed mental health therapists for W2 roles providing telehealth therapy to Spanish-speaking older adults, fully from home. We fill your caseload, handle billing and admin, and give you real clinical support, so your time goes to patients. Don’t just take our word for it: read what our therapists say in our Indeed reviews.
Older adults are too often overlooked by mental healthcare, and those who speak Spanish face even fewer options. Sailor Health exists to change that. Through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy, we help older adults move through grief, loss, isolation, and life’s hardest transitions with more ease and peace of mind.
Our model is built around their needs and yours:
We handle everything outside the session. Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates take on patients’ non-clinical needs, so your work stays clinical.
You’re part of a team. Clinical Quality Leads provide ongoing consultation, and our provider support team answers questions as they come up.
Language-concordant care by design. Spanish-speaking patients are matched with Spanish-speaking clinicians. You won’t be working through an interpreter or translating for the rest of the team.
Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S. | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available
We’re hiring independently licensed bilingual California therapists for full-time W2 roles, paid per session. Start at 25 hours per week and build from there, with full benefits.
A full caseload, built for you. Share your availability and we’ll match you with Spanish-speaking older adults who fit your approach. No marketing, no chasing referrals. Most clinicians have a full caseload within a few weeks.
Support that’s actually there. A dedicated clinical lead and live admin help. Our providers tell us it’s the most supported they’ve felt in telehealth.
Your schedule, your call. Work the days and hours that suit you. No on-call, no required evenings.
Less paperwork, more therapy. Our telehealth platform and AI documentation assistant handle the busywork.
Room to grow. Free CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and clinical consultation with experienced directors.
Competitive pay and full benefits. Competitive per-session rates, plus health, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer match.

Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred

Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)
You care about the mission. Supporting older adults through grief, loss, and the challenges of later life feels meaningful to you.
You know what language access means clinically. Meeting a patient in their native language is one of the most powerful things a therapist can offer, especially in later life.
You understand this population. Maybe you’ve spent years working with older adults, or you’re later in your own career and chose this work on purpose.
You do your best work on a team. You want colleagues, a clinical lead, and real support, not just a login and good wishes.
You like independence with backup. You trust your clinical judgment and want infrastructure behind you, not oversight on top of you.
If you want a full caseload, a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a team that has your back while you serve Spanish-speaking older adults in their own language, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today, and our recruiting team will guide you through every step of the process.
