Join a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with the support and clinical community you need to thrive — all from the comfort of home. We believe exceptional care starts with an exceptional clinician experience, which is why we go above and beyond for our therapists, as you will see in our reviews.
About Sailor Health
Sailor Health is on a mission to empower happier, healthier aging for older adults. Through Medicare-covered therapy, dedicated care navigation, and Healthcare Advocacy, we help seniors navigate grief, loss, isolation, and life's hardest transitions with more ease and peace of mind. Our model is built around their needs and yours: patients receive holistic, wraparound support while you focus on delivering effective therapy.
We believe clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to focus on patients, without feeling isolated or left to navigate challenges alone. At Sailor, you’ll be part of a mission-driven community of therapists who care deeply about improving later life, with dedicated provider support, ongoing clinical consultation, and a team that is invested in your growth and success.
Position Available
We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. Tailor your workload to fit your life.
What We Offer
You're never on your own. A dedicated clinical lead, real-time admin support, and a team that has your back — our providers say it's the most supported they've ever felt in telehealth.
We fill your schedule. Tell us your availability and we match you with the right patients. No marketing, no chasing referrals. Most clinicians reach a full caseload within weeks.
Your hours, your call. Set your own schedule across 7 days a week. No on-call. No evenings required.
Work from home. Modern telehealth tools and an AI documentation assistant so you can focus on patients — not paperwork.
Grow with us. Free CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and clinical consultation from experienced directors.
Competitive pay and benefits. 1099 clinicians receive competitive per-session rates as full cash compensation. W2 clinicians (25+ hrs/week) are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer matching.

Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Who Thrives at Sailor
Clinicians who are mission-aligned and passionate about serving older adults. You find meaning in working with patients through grief, life transitions, and late-life challenges.
