Job Purpose: 

In this role plays a key part in preparing high-quality management insights and ensuring transparency across delivery performance. You support the leadership with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, executive reporting, and analytics.

Role insights:

• Preparing and delivering high-quality executive presentations (PowerPoint) for board and senior management meetings;
• Developing, standardizing, and optimizing reporting structures and analytics platforms to enhance transparency and support decision-making;
• Translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive stakeholders;
• Managing and continuously improving reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI);
• Supporting strategic planning processes through data analysis and performance tracking;
• Coordinating cross-functional inputs for reporting and ensuring data consistency.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is a strong advantage;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and present data effectively.;
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders;
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style;
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
• Fluency in English language, any other A1 Group language is an asset.
