About Research at Bloom & Wild 🌸
Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows.
We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B Corp™ – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.
We’re Europe’s largest direct-to-consumer flower business (Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte), growing into Europe’s #1 gifting destination. Our Research team sits within Marketing, a small team of three that puts the customer at the heart of every big decision. We’re AI-forward too, with our own AI research assistants helping us move faster and go deeper.
As our German-speaking Researcher, you’ll champion the voice of our German customers while supporting research across the UK, Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll report to our Director of Customer Insight and work alongside our Senior Researcher, covering a colleague on parental leave. It’s a brilliant chance to see your insight shape real decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
German Research: Plan and run qual and quant studies in German, from discussion guides and moderation to surveys and clear, insightful reports.
Cross-Market Support: Support research in the UK, Netherlands and Belgium, working in English.
Customer Closeness: Keep the German customer at the heart of how teams across Brand, Range, Product and Commercial think.
Insight into Action: Turn findings into clear recommendations people can act on, using AI to work smarter.
Languages: Fluent German and English, written and spoken, with a lived understanding of German culture and consumers.
Qual & Quant Research: You’re comfortable designing and running both, from discussion guides to surveys.
Structured Thinker: You’re organised and can turn messy data into a clear story.
Clear Communicator: You share insight in a way that people across the business can use.
AI Curiosity: Interest in using AI to improve your research. You don’t need to be an expert!
Don't check every box? Please apply anyway - we're looking for the right person, not a perfect list of ticks.
