a) technically strong, able to review design details, method statements and use sound judgment on to resolve site issues during the course of construction works;
b) conversant with local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and practices;
c) demonstrate maturity and ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors
c) possible good communication and inter-personal skills, and able to work as a team player; and
d) attend all project meetings, site, progress and design/technical meetings as required and prepare progress monthly report
