About the Role
MN Cannabis Services is a fast-growing cannabis company at the ground floor of one of the most exciting emerging industries in Minnesota. We're building something — and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us. The District Manager (DM) serves as the senior regional leader for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Region, responsible for the performance, operations, compliance, training execution, and culture across four or more retail dispensary locations. This role oversees General Managers at each location, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
