Manage phone repair logistics so devices reach repair centres and return to customers within agreed SLAs.

The honest part
This is a hands-on role. You will be covering multiple locations, chasing stock discrepancies, and handling repair and customer issues as they come up. The days are rarely identical, and the detail matters. If you like seeing the direct result of tidy operations, you will do well here.
