Our mission is to make justice radically more accessible to every American household.
We combine expert operators with purpose-built AI to automate the admin work of consumer law and put clients first by handling intake, claim opening, medical records, police reports, lien management, demands, and everything in between.
Since launching in April 2025, we’ve raised a $20M Series A backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and the founders & CEOs of DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits and are running pre-litigation for over 125 of the highest-volume personal injury firms across the country.

Hi, I’m Viraj, one of the founders of Finch.
Our sales motion works, but the systems behind it haven’t kept pace. Pipeline tracking, commissions, contracts, and outbound targeting need a dedicated owner who can help the team close more business.
You’ll build that function across Finch. I’m looking for someone who thinks in numbers, builds with AI, and follows an idea through to something the team uses. You don’t need a dozen years of sales operations experience; you do need the ability to learn quickly and make the work better.
You’ll own the operations that help our sales team turn demand into revenue. Your work will span pipeline visibility, incentives, market research, and tools that make selling easier.
Build a reliable weekly view of pipeline across Finch, with clear definitions and numbers the team can trust.
Identify the weakest parts of the sales funnel and test improvements that help reps close more business.
Map the market for both offerings and build prioritized lead lists that steer outbound toward the right firms.
Use AI and automation to build tools and remove manual work, including friction in contracting.
Bring rigor to our CRM and sales processes, and keep the systems running after the initial launch.
Around 1–4+ years of analytics or operations experience, with evidence of fast learning and meaningful ownership.
Strong quantitative skills in SQL or advanced spreadsheets; you can pull, check, and explain your own data.
Experience building something useful with AI or automation.
A habit of turning a messy problem into a clear operating process and closing loops without being chased.
Creativity in generating ideas, researching a market, and testing approaches quickly.
Exposure to sales operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market work.
Experience with HubSpot.
Experience with B2B selling to small businesses.
You prefer reporting on problems to building solutions.
You rely on dashboards without checking the definitions or underlying data.
You need a narrow specification before you can make progress.
Build a function that has never had a dedicated owner at Finch.
See the impact of your systems in pipeline, seller productivity, and revenue.
Work closely with the founder on the growth of Finch and new bets.
Develop across analytics, commercial strategy, and AI-assisted building.
We run a human, efficient process. That generally includes:
Intro: An initial conversation about your background, motivation, and the role.
Interview: A deeper dive conversation about problems you’ve solved and systems you’ve built.
Case Assignment: A practical assignment you’ll complete and present to our team.
Onsite: A visit to our NYC office to meet the team, explore the work together, and have lunch.
