About the Role
As IEX grows across Equities, Options, Market Data, and Access Services, we are looking for someone to own Revenue Operations to build and scale the operating engine behind our go-to-market organization.

The goal is to move away from information living in spreadsheets and people's heads and toward a connected operating model that improves sales productivity, accountability, and decision-making.
This is a builder role for someone who has created or significantly evolved a RevOps function and can combine strategy with hands-on execution.
What Success Looks Like in 12–18 Months: Our CRM is the trusted source of truth, reliance on spreadsheets has materially declined, IEX has clear sales KPIs and an effective commercial operating cadence, automation and AI are improving sales productivity, and we have built the data foundation to better connect sales activity to customer behavior and business outcomes.
