Monitor emerging technology and AI developments, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on client operations and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions move from initial concept through implementation and successful completion.
At least 8 years of experience in one or more core disciplines, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems, with working knowledge across the other areas.
Strong expertise in systems architecture and administration across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar technologies.
Experience with data modeling, systems integration, and designing connected technology ecosystems.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including the ability to determine when to use standard features, declarative automation, or custom code.
Hands-on experience connecting systems through custom development, integrations, APIs, or iPaaS and automation platforms such as Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.
A clear and informed perspective on the use of AI and intelligent agents in revenue operations, including when automation should operate independently and when human involvement is necessary.
Understanding of data governance, personally identifiable information (PII), privacy, and compliance considerations when implementing AI-enabled workflows.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements, identify operational challenges, and design scalable technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience diagnosing complex GTM technology issues and taking ownership of solutions through successful implementation.
Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leading internal delivery teams and client-facing projects, including engaging confidently with executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with lean and Agile delivery methodologies.
A proactive, decisive, and customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to long-term solutions.
