The Role
At Crown Resorts, we're continuing to strengthen our risk and compliance culture across the business through the implementation of our Risk & Compliance Champion Program.
As part of this uplift, we are seeking a highly engaging and influential Risk & Compliance Champion Lead/Business Partner to take ownership of this enterprise-wide initiative and help embed a strong first line risk culture across the organisation.
This newly created role offers the unique opportunity to shape, influence and continue building a high-profile program that is already gaining momentum across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, you will act as the primary point of contact for Risk & Compliance Champions across Crown Melbourne. You will work closely with business leaders and risk and compliance teams to ensure the successful rollout, adoption and ongoing effectiveness of the R&CC Program.
This is not a traditional compliance or assurance role.
Instead, you will act as a facilitator, coach and trusted advisor, helping business leaders and Risk & Compliance Champions navigate their risk and compliance responsibilities with confidence.
