Mercy Hospital is home to skilled, compassionate surgeons leading the way in cardiac care. With 5 cardiac ORs, Mercy Hospital has helped pioneer some of the nation’s most innovative heart procedures, including robotic, minimally invasive, standard heart surgery and TAVR. This CVOR performs nearly 200 open heart surgeries per year. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), you will provide care to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. You will perform scrub and circulating functions, prepare the OR, surgical instruments and equipment for surgery and assist the operating physician with surgical tasks.

A caregiver in this position works days from 6:00AM – 4:30PM or 6:00AM – 2:30PM, with on-call and rotating weekend requirements.
