Titan is a leading national electrical contractor with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Titan maintains a strong reputation as a leading high-quality, customer-centric service provider which has resulted in strong financial growth since its inception in 2006. As a result, the company has become a trusted partner to its customers and suppliers and has established a proven track record of year-over-year growth. The company has significant opportunities to further penetrate its existing markets and expand into other geographies and service lines.
You’re the kind of person who notices the little things.
You catch what others miss—and you know that’s exactly how safe job sites stay that way. You don’t just know the rules; you know how to make them stick in real life, where weather changes, schedules slip, and people just want to get home safely.
At Titan Electric, safety isn’t a poster on the wall. It’s a mindset. And we’re looking for a Safety Coordinator who shares that belief.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work with field crews, project leadership, and foremen to make sure our people are protected and our projects stay on track. Your job? Be where the work is. Be part of the team. And bring clarity, confidence, and calm to the way we think about risk.
Specifically, you’ll:
Support day-to-day project safety operations on-site and in the office.
Help build and update project-specific safety plans, working closely with field leadership.
Coordinate and facilitate training—everything from toolbox talks to safety onboarding.
Assist with incident investigations and reporting, helping the team learn and improve.
Track and interpret safety data to identify patterns and areas for action.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
What You Bring
1–3 years of construction safety experience (electrical strongly preferred).
Knowledge of key standards like OSHA, NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI.
Current OSHA 30 certification (required).
CPR/First Aid certification (Trainer status preferred).
A high school diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
The ability to build relationships with people at all levels—from the crew to the C-suite.
What You’ll Get
A company that puts safety first—in every meeting, every decision, every job site.
A front-row seat to the way safety programs are built, tested, and improved.
Experience leading conversations that shape the culture—not just the compliance.
The chance to work with people who care about doing it right and doing it together.
Work Environment
You’ll split your time between construction sites and office settings. Some climbing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and working in confined spaces or at heights may be required.
Why Titan Electric
We don’t believe safety is a box to check—it’s a promise we make to our people. And we keep that promise by hiring people like you. If you’re ready to make an impact where it really matters, we’d love to hear from you.
