What if your next sales role allowed you to influence the future of surgical robotics, warehouse automation, semiconductor innovation and intelligent motion control?
At Novanta, that is exactly what you will do.
We are seeking an ambitious, technically strong Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the Iberia region, supporting some of Europe's most innovative OEM customers and helping them solve complex engineering challenges using Novanta technologies.
You will join our Robotics and Automation business, a global leader in motion control, force torque sensing and high-performance automation solutions. Our technologies help customers accelerate innovation in robotics, medical devices, semiconductor equipment and advanced automation systems.
Why this Role?
This isn't a transactional sales role.
This is technical consultative selling with market-leading technology.
The Role::
✅ Work directly with engineering teams building next-generation products
✅ Develop relationships with leading OEMs
✅ Influence customer roadmaps and technology decisions
✅ Sell high-value engineered solutions rather than commodity products
✅ Operate across multiple high-growth markets
✅ Partner with senior technical and commercial stakeholders
As Sales Account Manager, you will own customer relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation through to design-in, qualification and commercial success.
You will become a trusted advisor to customers and a key voice of the customer within Novanta.
Our technologies enable innovation that improves lives.
From surgical robotics and medical diagnostics to semiconductor manufacturing and intelligent automation, we help customers solve challenges others cannot.
If you are an engineer who enjoys business, relationship building and technology-driven sales, this is a rare opportunity to combine all three.
