Office rent is the second largest expense item on a company’s P&L, with over $700B spent annually. The role of the corporate real estate (CRE) function within an organization has evolved beyond a pure cost center into a true value driver. Business leaders now demand a new level of operational and data maturity in response to complex workplace patterns to maximize workplace effectiveness, address carbon neutrality, and optimize overall spend. This has only intensified as AI establishes a cornerstone role in all support functions.
FlexDesk is building the product suite to support this digital transformation and equip businesses with a data intelligence and workflow platform to maximize the ROI on their real estate.
