What We Need:

We’re looking for motivated and curious people who want to build a career in sales, advertising, and media. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help introduce businesses to the full power of iHeartMedia, including podcasts, digital advertising, broadcast radio, events, streaming, CTV, and more. You do not need years of sales experience to be successful here. We’re looking for people who are eager to learn, comfortable starting conversations, and excited by the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

• Work alongside a collaborative, high-energy SDR team focused on creating new business opportunities
• Connect with prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Complete 80+ daily prospecting activities while balancing quality, personalization, and consistency
• Research companies and decision-makers to identify strong potential advertising partners
• Create thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets attention and starts conversations
• Learn how to position iHeartMedia’s podcast, digital, radio, event, streaming, and CTV solutions based on a client’s goals
• Schedule qualified meetings and partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a strong handoff
• Manage follow-up and maintain accurate activity and prospect information within our CRM and sales tools
• Work toward individual and team goals tied to meetings, pipeline, and revenue
• Test new ideas, learn from feedback, and continuously improve your approach

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
