CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform, trusted by more than 17,000 customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting over 2 million code reviews each week. We build the symbiotic partnership between developers and AI that makes shipping fast software safe again, reviewing every pull request, IDE change, and CLI commit so teams can move quickly without breaking things.
We are a fast-moving, well-funded company, fresh off a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation — building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve.
Role Overview
We're hiring a founding Sales Development Representative to own CodeRabbit's entry into Latin America. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll be the first person dedicated to LATAM, shaping our go-to-market motion in the region and establishing the foundation for a team behind you. You'll work from our Boston office, closely embedded with our sales and marketing leadership, while targeting ICP-fit accounts across the LATAM market.
What You Will Do
Own LATAM pipeline from scratch — build and execute outbound strategies across cold call, email, and LinkedIn targeting technical decision-makers across the region
Follow up with marketing-generated leads promptly and within agreed SLAs
Qualify prospects and generate high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
Partner closely with marketing and sales to develop LATAM-specific messaging and improve conversion across the funnel
Become a genuine expert on the developer tools landscape and CodeRabbit's positioning within it
Help define what great looks like for LATAM outbound — your playbook will be the foundation for the team that grows behind you
Consistently meet and exceed quota as a core measure of success in this role
What You'll Bring
At least 1 year of sales experience in a SaaS company
Native or professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong English communication skills
The drive to hit the phone, send the email, and do it again tomorrow — especially across new markets and time zones
Real character: you're honest, resilient, and you do what you say you'll do
Sharp intelligence: you can hold a conversation with a technical buyer and make it count
Coachability: you want feedback and you act on it
Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation — you're comfortable operating with ambiguity and building without a playbook
Bonus Points (not required)
Experience selling into developer or technical personas
Existing network or market knowledge in LATAM tech
