Sales Director - Southwest

The Sales Director (SD) role is a combination of sales activities and team management. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you’ll be responsible for growing and training a team of StackAdapters. The SD is the direct manager for a team of 4-8 Account Executives, working in tandem with the VP to grow StackAdapt’s Southwest presence and revenue.

The SD will operate as a player-coach, working with individual Account Executives to close and grow mid-market accounts. A successful SD must have a clear understanding of the programmatic media landscape in order to effectively lead a sales team and sell StackAdapt’s solution. The SD must be able to motivate their team to work towards quotas in a fast paced, high growth environment.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company; however, our Sales teams are regionalized. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates located in Arizona, Nevada or New Mexico.
