Lexroom is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom.
We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome.
Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.
We're building our sales team in Spain, and we're looking for someone to help train and support it through the Lexroom Sales Academy.
Why join Lexroom?
A product that delivers: our demos land and convince from the very first session, no six-month POC needed.
A market in full swing: every Spanish law firm is looking for an AI solution, and the use cases are still being invented.
A strong competitive edge: you'll help reps sell not yet another AI assistant, but a radically new approach prospects have never seen.
Real learning curve: you'll work closely with Sales Managers and the global enablement team, and see first-hand how a sales team is built from the ground up.
What you'll do
Support the Lexroom Sales Academy in Spain: help run recurring training programmes (onboarding, ramp-up, advanced training), keeping track of schedules, materials and success metrics.
Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires: organise the first week and the first two months of ramp-up, including calendars, materials, internal speakers and hands-on exercises.
Contribute to training sessions: co-deliver modules on sales methodology, discovery, demos and objection handling, prepare role-plays and help collect structured feedback.
Keep content up to date: maintain Academy playbooks, scripts, templates and materials as the product and market evolve. Turn internal wins (calls, emails, sequences, deals) into reusable training resources.
Work closely with Sales Managers and AEs to understand where reps need support and make sure training shows up in pipeline, calls and demos.
Help adapt to the Spanish market the enablement best practices already proven in Italy.
What we're looking for
Initial experience in sales, sales enablement, consulting or project coordination in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or tech).
Structured and organised: you turn requests into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned and hit deadlines.
Comfortable presenting in front of a group and running role-plays, as well as working on the detail of content and metrics.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Hands-on and curious: you join calls, look at the numbers and iterate fast.
Native Spanish and fluent English (international internal teams).
Interest in law: experience in the legal or professional services sector is a plus, but not required.
Hiring process
Talent Acquisition interview: motivation and background.
Hiring manager interview: approach to training and enablement.
Case study: prepare and present a short training module.
Final interview: values and culture.
Offer.
Rewarding your contribution
Compensation: €55,000 -€65,000
Equity: meaningful equity on top, in line with the seniority of the role
Team retreats & off-sites: dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas
Benefits That Matter
Hybrid Work: hybrid with strong office presence in Madrid
Coverflex: €220 per month in flexible benefits to spend on what matters most to you
At Lexroom, ambition meets discipline and purpose.
We're not just building a product—we're setting a new standard for the legal world. If you're ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
