We're living through a fundamental shift in how people discover, evaluate, and purchase products. The next generation doesn't respond to traditional marketing -- they build relationships with brands through authentic social interactions, seek recommendations from communities they trust, and expect personalized experiences that feel human, not corporate.
At Nectar, we're building the AI-native social operating system that enables this new era of commerce. We believe every social interaction should deepen the relationship between brands and their communities while creating genuine value for both sides.
Founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leaders, we've raised over $30M in total capital from investors including GV and True Ventures. We work with brands like Oura Health, Caraway, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Kosas, OLIPOP, and many more. We're building the future of social commerce -- where community, conversation, and commerce converge.
We're scaling our sales team fast, and we need someone to make every Account Executive ready to sell Nectar well from day one. You'll be our first Sales Enablement hire: a hands-on builder who creates the pitch, the collateral, and the certification process that gets reps customer-ready.
You'll partner closely with marketing to turn our product and customer stories into materials reps reach for in live deals. This is a hands-on IC role: you'll build the content, run the certifications, and sit in on calls yourself. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps — and the voice of the field back to the business.
Content and pitch library: Build and maintain pitch decks, talk tracks, demo flows, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and case studies across buyer personas (social, marketing, and CX leaders at consumer brands). Keep them current as the product evolves.
Pitch certification: Design and run a rigorous certification program — rubric, scoring, and follow-through for reps who don't pass. AEs certify on internal mock pitches before they get on customer calls.
Onboarding and ramp: Own the new-hire program for AEs as we grow the team, so every rep ramps quickly and consistently and references it well past their first month.
Coaching: Sit in on calls, run call reviews and deal deep dives, and lead small-group workshops. Be the person reps come to when a deal is stuck.
Product and competitive readiness: Translate launches, roadmap updates, and competitive moves into crisp seller briefs — keeping the team sharp without making them read documentation.
Measurement: Partner with RevOps to track ramp time, win rate, pipeline progression, and content usage, and use the data to decide what to build next.
Cross-functional partnership: Work with Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, and RevOps on messaging, process, and rollouts such as pricing and packaging updates.
