3-5 years of media related experience at a media company, agency or technology company.
A marketing background is a strong plus. Strong written communication skills are essential, as the role involves drafting proposals, documents, and presentations (Google Slides) for a global audience.
Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong affinity for tech and media.
Industry Fluency: You have a solid grasp of the online advertising landscape and are eager to master the nuances of programmatic technology.
Languages: Proficient in English is essential, as you will be drafting high-stakes proposals for a global market. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
The Strategic Writer: You don’t just "fill out forms." You translate complex technical specs into compelling value propositions that resonate with everyone from a junior Media Buyer to a seasoned CTO.
The Process Architect: You are a natural optimizer. You’d rather spend an hour building an automated workflow or a reusable template than ten hours doing manual data entry.
The Analytical Thinker: You possess strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset, allowing you to spot market trends, identify "red flags" in RFPs, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
High-Stakes Communication: You are as comfortable presenting to internal leadership as you are drafting a global RFI.
Agility: You thrive in fast-paced environments and remain composed under the pressure of tight submission deadlines.
Curiosity: You have a genuine passion for MarTech/AdTech and stay ahead of the curve on industry wording, privacy regulations, and emerging constraints.
Collaborative Spirit: You are a team player who knows how to "manage up" to gather information from various departments (Product, Data, Sales).
