The role
ShiftKey is expanding into new hospital markets as part of our 2026 growth strategy - and we’re looking for driven, creative Sales Executives to help us get there.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from outreach to close - working directly with hospital leaders such as CEOs, COOs, and Chief Nursing Officers. You’ll build relationships, schedule and deliver demos, and help hospitals see how ShiftKey’s marketplace can solve staffing challenges and unlock new operational efficiencies.

This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a $700M+ addressable market while helping healthcare facilities deliver better patient care.
