Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, México
Onsite
Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.
We're looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Aguascalientes. This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll join our Commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission to empower companies across Mexico through smarter financial tools.
As a sales expert on the ground, you'll manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, replicate proven playbooks, and take full ownership of your territory’s success.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments
Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Experience replicating sales best practices across regions or teams
Background working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Product, Finance)
Familiarity with Salesloft or Scrabin
Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn
How we work in this territory
Aguascalientes is an emerging territory for Clara — there's no office to go into, so this role works remotely from Aguascalientes day to day. You'll ramp up in person with the team, and come together in person for team moments, events and customer visits through the year.
If you meet the must-haves, apply — the nice-to-haves are a bonus, not a requirement.
