The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and expanding market share throughout the Southeast Territory for Component Foams.  This role manages strategic customer relationships and key accounts, develops new business opportunities, and executes regional sales and marketing initiatives across key markets, including HVAC, appliance, transportation, construction, industrial, packaging, and specialty foam applications.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary commercial leader within the territory, partnering closely with customers, operations, product management, and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve annual sales and profitability objectives.

Position is remote based, with the candidate residing amongst the Southeast territory from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, to Tennessee.

Job Opportunities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.    
• Develop and manage territory sales forecasts, budgets, and growth plans to support annual business objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, converters, fabricators, distributors, and key accounts.  
• Collaborate with technical, operations, customer service, and product management teams to deliver exceptional customer support and solutions.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements to maximize profitable growth.      
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to identify emerging opportunities and risks.  
• Support regional marketing initiatives, industry trade shows, product launches, and customer presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Develop annual business plans and strategic account growth initiatives.      
• Travel throughout the Southeast territory to support customers and business development activities.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the foam, plastics, HVAC, automotive, construction, industrial, or related manufacturing industries.    
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing strategic customer accounts.     
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.    
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.      
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% throughout the Southeast region.

The expected compensation range for this role is $110,000.00 -$140,000.00.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
