What you will do
You’ll own sales onboarding at Lighthouse from start to finish. You’ll be the person who turns a new sales hire into a confident, certified, ramped seller: running the Denver onboarding week in person, keeping our global onboarding journey current, and coaching every new AMER hire through their first months. This is a multi-year role built around running onboarding roughly 10 times a year, and getting better at it each time.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. AI is built into how we work. You’ll use AI to create content, automate logistics, run role-play practice and analyze call data, so you can spend your time on what matters most: facilitating, coaching and helping new reps win.
Where you will have impact
Deliver an onboarding experience reps remember. Run the Denver onboarding week in person. Lead sessions, bring in SMEs and managers, and keep the room engaged. Onboarding delivery and coordination will take about 60% of your time, and most of the week during onboarding weeks.
Own the global onboarding journey. Keep the onboarding program current across Denver, Barcelona and Bangkok, working with our regional enablement partners so every hub runs the same core program. Own the logistics behind it: the new hire roster, scheduling, calendars, Slack groups, tool access requests and coordination with TA and IT.
Update content as the business changes. When products, plans or the sales process change, use AI to turn source material, such as product feature passports, into sessions, e-learnings and knowledge checks.
Run certifications. Run the first-call, cold call, platform discovery and platform demo certifications with managers, using AI role-play bots and knowledge checks.
Coach new hires to full ramp. Follow each AMER new hire from Week 2 to around month 3 (about 25% of your time). Run call reviews and certification role plays using AI call analysis, report progress to sales managers, and flag reps who are falling behind early.
Administer our LMS. Build and assign learning programs in Allego, keep manager groups accurate, manage joiners and leavers, and run completion reports (about 15% of your time).
Build AI assets and improve with data. Maintain and extend the AI assets behind onboarding, including role-play bots and scorecards, Claude skills for scheduling and reporting, and prompt libraries for managers coaching new hires. Collect feedback after every cohort, analyze it with AI together with call data and certification scores, and propose changes backed by data.
About our team
You’ll join our global Revenue Enablement team within the Revenue organization, working closely with AMER sales managers, SDR leadership, regional enablement leads in Barcelona and Bangkok, TA and Sales Ops. It’s a collaborative, high-energy environment with real opportunities for career growth and the chance to learn from experienced leaders as we continue to expand our market share.
