Ready to take your career global?
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Director to join our ever-evolving SMB Asia Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this highly visible leadership role, you will build and lead the operating engine that enables our Small and Medium Business (SMB) organization to scale growth across Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia. By driving sales performance, forecasting accuracy, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution, you will empower teams to make smarter decisions, accelerate business growth, and create a more consistent, scalable sales organization. Your leadership will directly influence how we win, grow, and deliver value to clients while advancing Global Payments’ mission to power commerce worldwide.
What you'll own
- Build and evolve the sales operating model for SMB Asia, creating the structure, visibility, and governance needed to accelerate revenue growth and improve business performance across five markets.
- Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health, enabling leaders to make confident business decisions, identify risks early, and maximize conversion opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
- Lead regional Salesforce governance and data excellence, strengthening adoption, reporting quality, and decision-making through trusted, actionable insights.
- Champion sales productivity and capability development, helping teams ramp faster, improve performance, and consistently deliver stronger business outcomes.
- Influence cross-functional transformation initiatives, removing barriers to growth, enhancing operational scalability, and ensuring seamless execution across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Technology, Human Resources, and Operations teams.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Excellence, or a related discipline with a proven record of driving business performance.
- Demonstrated success supporting multi-country sales organizations and leading operating model improvements in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong expertise in sales performance management, forecasting, pipeline analytics, key performance indicator (KPI) governance, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and drive change that delivers measurable business outcomes.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience within Payments, Financial Technology (FinTech), Software as a Service (SaaS), Technology, or Financial Services industries.
- Hands-on experience leading regional Salesforce optimization, automation, or sales transformation initiatives.
- A track record of building scalable sales enablement programs that improve productivity, adoption, and commercial effectiveness.
