- Maintain and optimise CRM workflows using platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accurate deal stages and effective lead routing.
- Support sales onboarding by coordinating training schedules, compiling enablement resources and tracking ramp-up timelines.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly sales meetings, coordinate agendas, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support the development of clear, consistent and repeatable standard operating procedures.
Reporting, Data and Analytics
- Build, maintain and automate recurring sales-performance dashboards and operational tracking reports.
- Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, including pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios, quota attainment, average deal size and sales-cycle duration.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to support forecasting accuracy and identify risks across sales stages.
- Produce ad hoc analytical reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making, forecasting and territory planning.
- Conduct regular data audits to remove duplicate records, correct missing or inaccurate entries and maintain effective database hygiene.
- Translate complex data into concise visual reports, summaries and recommendations for frontline sales teams and leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a closely related coordination role.
