Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will support focused initiatives within a growing organization, helping enhance and maintain Salesforce and related automated systems. Under general supervision, this role will develop and administer solutions that improve operational efficiency and support service teams. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable process improvements and ensure system effectiveness. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid

What you will do: 

• Supports Service operations with a primary focus on Salesforce Case Management while maintaining working knowledge of other business areas
• Manages customer expectations and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization
• Partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Translates business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring strong documentation and traceability
• Works toward becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics within supported areas for Service
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships, independently drives priorities, and ensures clear and proactive communication
• Participates in projects by providing business analysis, testing support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery
• Ensures all documentation is created, maintained, validated, and kept current to support system accuracy and user adoption
• Communicates with business stakeholders regarding system enhancements and ongoing improvements
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of related experience
• 1-2 years of Salesforce experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Documentation Skills
• Problem Solving
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud
• Sharepoint experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $28.61 - $47.04 per hour in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
