The Salesforce Enablement Analyst will be part of the Business Operations team at Telix. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Operations, this role will serve as the frontline owner of Salesforce (SFDC) operations, governance, and enablement across the commercial organization. This role is responsible for ensuring Salesforce is not just functional, but structured, disciplined, and aligned with how the business operates, driving data integrity user adoption, and scalable processes. This individual will act as the gatekeeper of Salesforce, owning intake, prioritization, UAT, rollout, and user support while partnering closely with IT and SFDC developers to drive enhancements. They will enforce data quality standards, establish clear SOPs, gather specific business requirements and ensure the platform reflects real-world commercial workflows rather than ad hoc user behavior. The ideal candidate is equal parts operator and enforcer, someone who understands CRM functionality, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable holding the line on governance while enabling the business to move faster and more effectively. This role is designed to bring control, accountability, and operational rigor to the system.
